SOOM Darjeeling 1st Flush TGFOP1

Plucked in the month of March during the height of the first flush, this  Darjeeling is alive with muscatel flavor. As with most first flush Darjeelings this one tends toward the greenish flavor profile, light and gentle.

Origin- Darjeeling, India

Tasting Notes- Delicate astringency with nice muscatel notes. Makes a beautiful iced tea and pairs well with strawberries.

Steeping Recommendations- 1 teaspoon per 8oz, 195 degrees, 2-3 minutes.
