Margaret's Hope Darjeeling 2nd Flush TGFOP

Over 150 years old, the Margaret's Hope tea estate in Darjeeling India is one of the most well known estates in the region. Situated between 3,000 & 6,000 feet, it produces some of the most beautiful darjeelings. 

Origin- Darjeeling, India

Tasting Notes- Delicate astringency with nice muscatel notes. Makes a beautiful iced tea and pairs well with strawberries.

Steeping Recommendations- 1 teaspoon per 8oz, 195 degrees, 2-3 minutes.
