 Masala Chai

Full-flavored assam blended with  traditional  Masala spices with full notes of cardamom, ginger, and clove. Masala Chai should be brewed strong and served sweet with steamed milk and honey.

Origin-  multi origin

Tasting Notes-  A robust, full-bodied black tea blended with aromatic traditional Indian masala spices.

Steeping Recommendations- 1 teaspoon per 8oz, 200 degrees, 3-5 minutes. Takes milk and honey well. 

Traditional- Mix 2 tbsp chai, 1 cup water, and 1 cup milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in honey to taste. Strain into a mug or pitcher and enjoy! great hot or iced.M
