Wuyi Oolong

High grown grown in the Wuyi Mountains of China. This Wuyi Oolong is on the higher end of the oxidation scale for an oolong and tends toward a more roasted profile.

Origin: Fujian, China

Tasting Notes: Smooth body, devoid of astringency w/ sweet notes of raisins, honeysuckle and sugar.

Steeping Instructions: 1 Tablespoon per 8oz cup, Steep at 195 degrees for 3 -4 minutes.
