Based upon rich flavored and full-bodied rooibos, which lends a sweet and nectar-like flavor and fruity, floral aroma. Scarlet has a deep red infusion that is tart with natural tasting notes of blueberry and cherry.

Steeping Recommendations- 1 slightly heaping teaspoon per 8oz, 180 degrees, 3-5 minutes, though you may steep it as long as you want. Makes a great  "sun tea".
