Tasting Notes; Has a natural sweetness with wonderful cooling notes from the peppermint

Steeping Instructions;1 heaping Tbsp. Per 8oz. Steep for a minimum of 5-10 minutes at 200 degrees (rolling boil)

For Best Results; Steep for 10 – 15 minutes and drink as a hot tea. Drink as needed (gentle enough to drink through out the day). We recommend the 4oz. bag to last for full treatment of two weeks.
