Flu Fighter Blend

Organic Flu Fighter Blend is a soothing medicinal blend that is designed to help your body fight infection.

Reputed ingredient properties: Ginger root and Lemon Verbena to calm an upset stomach, Elder berries & flower, Cardamom, Chrysanthemum and Holy Basil to boost your immune system and fight infection and reduce fever, Chamomile to sooth an aching body, Linden flower for nasal congestion and Hibiscus, which is extremely high in vitamin C.

Tasting Notes: A comforting blend that has soft floral notes, tart hints of Hibiscus and a soothing finish.

Brewing Instructions: Use 1 level tbsp. per 8 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a roaring boil; let steep for a minimum of 5 minutes (the longer the better).

For Best Results: Steep for 10 – 15 minutes. Results are based on lots of rest and 3-4 cups a day .We recommend the 4oz. bag so that you can continue treatment for two weeks to boost the immune system while recovering.
